Mira + D'Andre

Where do I even start with these two?! Mira & D’Andre are two incredible people who have accomplished so much already. These two met back in 2015 at the Air Force Academy & both graduated in 2018. About 1 week before the wedding, Mira also graduated from medical school & officially outranked D’Andre - Not only is Mira a Dr, she is now a Captain & D’Andre is her Lieutenant!

I enjoyed spending May 6th & 7th with these two as they had a Mehndi celebration on Friday, then their wedding on Saturday! Here’s just a few photos from when Mira & D’Andre were getting ready!

Now to show you one of my favorite parts from this day - Exchanging of letters & the first look. Mira & D’Andre exchanged & read their letters in separate locations right before their first look.

Every single detail of this wedding was so beautiful & unique in it’s own way. From the colors of the bridesmaids dresses to the stunning florals and cake, this wedding absolutely did not disappoint.

I briefly talked about their Mehndi celebration at the start of this blog post & I had to share a few photos from that day! It was so cool to be apart of this & to see all the beautiful henna art being created.

A quick back story, Mira & I went to the same elementary school so we have known each other for quite sometime! When I showed up to the Mehndi celebration it was so sweet to see so many familiar faces like my old friends, my old elementary school teachers, even parents of some of those old friends!
